TAU signed an MOU with the Open University of Tanzania (OUT) for Distance Learning Programs

Texila American University (TAU) had signed an MOU with The Open University of Tanzania on 14th March 2016. With this partnership, TAU is looking forward to enroll more number of students from East Africa.
The MOU was signed by Mr.S.P. Saju Bhaskar – Founder & President of Texila American University and Prof. Elifas T. Bisanda, Vice Chancellor of The Open University of Tanzania. The partnership with OUT is one of the greatest milestones in the history of TAU as it has expanded its University partnerships in East Africa as well.


The Open University of Tanzania is a fully fledged and accredited public Institution of Higher learning, mandated to conduct academic programmes leading to Certificates, Diplomas, Undergraduate and Postgraduate qualifications. In the 15 years of existence, the OUT has enrolled students from different countries.








It’s a great pleasure for us to be affiliated with one of the largest Higher Learning Institutions in Tanzania to offer the Distance Learning Programs for the students world-wide.
